Maple cheesecake in a gingerbread crust topped with chantilly cream, gingerbread crumbs, candied pecans, mini macarons, and hand piped meringues.
For best results, GAEL should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 2-3 days. Please take the tart out of refrigeration and allow approximately 20 minutes to reach optimum serving temperature before consuming.
