Our maritozzi are handcrafted from a soft, lightly sweetened dough and filled with velvety creams, rich ganaches, and vibrant compotes. Each bun is made with care, layered with textures, and thoughtfully flavored to celebrate both classic Italian tradition and seasonal local produce.

Strawberry Rhubarb
Filled with a bright strawberry rhubarb compote made from freshly picked rhubarb from Siemer’s Farm in Green Bluff, this bun also features a delicate custard chantilly cream, airy, silky, and gently sweet.

Wild Huckleberry
A nod to the Northwest. Real huckleberry jam anchors the center, topped with a light honey-sweetened huckleberry custard chantilly cream that brings a floral, tangy finish with every bite.

Tiramisu
A bold espresso ganache hides at the heart of this bun, balanced by a cloud-like mascarpone chantilly cream. Finished simply with a dusting of cocoa.

Pistachio
Rich pistachio cream fills the center, complemented by a light pistachio custard chantilly cream, smooth, nutty, and indulgent without being heavy.
