Our Chocolate Croissant is made from scratch daily in our Spokane Valley bakery using traditional laminated dough techniques. Each croissant is layered with butter to create a light, flaky texture and baked until golden, then wrapped around rich chocolate that melts into the pastry as it warms. The crisp outer layers and soft interior create a balanced pastry that pairs well with coffee or as a light dessert.
This pastry is popular for breakfast, a mid-day treat, or an afternoon snack, and many guests stop in specifically for fresh croissants from the oven. Each croissant is prepared in small batches to maintain freshness and quality.
Chocolate croissants are available for in-store purchase or online ordering for local pickup at our Spokane Valley location. miFLAVOUR serves guests from Spokane and surrounding communities with fresh pastries baked daily.
For best results, enjoy within 1–2 days. To reheat, warm in a 350°F oven for 5–10 minutes to restore the crisp, flaky texture.
