Made from scratch and baked fresh in our Spokane Valley bakery, each croissant is carefully laminated with layers of butter to create a crisp exterior and soft interior. The pumpkin spiced cream cheese filling is prepared in-house and added to complement the delicate pastry without overpowering it, while the mascarpone whip adds a smooth, creamy finish.
