Made from scratch and baked fresh in our Spokane Valley bakery, our Kouign-Amann is carefully laminated with butter and sugar to form its signature layers. As it bakes, the sugar caramelizes around the pastry, creating a crisp outer shell while preserving the soft, airy interior that defines this traditional French favorite.

Kouign-Amann pastries are available for in-store purchase or online ordering for local pickup at miFLAVOUR.
