Buttery, flaky layers wrap around a smooth chocolate filling in our Chocolate Pistachio Croissant, finished with chopped pistachios and a light dusting of powdered sugar. The result is a pastry that balances rich chocolate with subtle nutty notes — perfect for slow mornings, relaxed brunches, or enjoying alongside a cup of coffee.
Made from scratch and baked fresh in our Spokane Valley bakery, each croissant is carefully laminated with layers of butter to create a crisp exterior and soft, airy interior. The chocolate filling is prepared in-house and added after baking to keep the pastry light while delivering a rich, velvety center, while toasted pistachios provide a delicate crunch and depth of flavor.
Chocolate Pistachio Croissants are available for in-store purchase or online ordering for local pickup at miFLAVOUR. Because they are best enjoyed fresh, we recommend enjoying within 1–2 days.
For best results, enjoy within 1–2 days. To reheat, warm in a 350°F oven for 5–10 minutes to restore the crisp, flaky texture.
